We are experts in sending our products by mail order, so you can be assured that your order will be very carefully packaged to be arrive at its destination on time and in perfect condition. Everything on our website can be ordered online for delivery to your home or workplace, or to send as a gift. All the delivery options are shown at the checkout and you will see the prices before confirming your order.
If you choose for your order to be sent by 2nd
class post, we can't promise a delivery date as the post is not guaranteed. Select any of the other options to guarantee the delivery date. Please note that deliveries to remote areas may take an extra day, please check with us first if you are unsure.
If nobody is available to accept delivery then your order may be left with a neighbour or a card left with details of how to arrange redelivery or collection.
UK Despatch Time
Orders placed by 1pm will be posted the same day. Orders placed after this may be posted the next day
Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be despatched Monday.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Before 1PM service. If you order after 1PM on Thursday, orders will not be delivered until the following Monday (Tuesday for Bank holiday weekends)
Royal Mail Special Delivery Before 1PM Saturday Guaranteed service is available if you order by 12 noon on a Friday.

Royal Mail Signed For - £3.50
1-2 working days from despatch*. Signed For delivery is available on all orders. Please note a signature is required on delivery, or your item may be returned to your local sorting office. This can be tracked on www.royalmail.com
Royal Mail Special Delivery Before 1PM Next Day - £7.50
If you’ve left it to the last minute and need your items in a hurry you can select this service to have your items the next working day. Orders must be received prior to 1:00pm for delivery the next day. Orders placed after this time may still be dispatched - call us for advice before ordering. Please note orders placed after 1:00PM Thursday will be delivered on Monday.
A signature is required on delivery, or your item may be returned to your local sorting office. This can be tracked on www.royalmail.com. Please note that at Bank Holiday Weekends your order will be despatched the Next Working Day Available.
Selected UK & NI postcodes will not be eligible to receive Next Day delivery.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Before 1PM Saturday Guaranteed - £20.00
For items that need delivering on a Saturday before 1pm. Orders must be received prior to 1:00pm for delivery on Saturday. Orders placed after this time may still be dispatched - call us for advice before ordering. Please note a signature is required on delivery, or your item may be returned to your local sorting office. Selected UK & NI postcodes will not be eligible to receive Saturday Guaranteed delivery.
International Delivery Methods
Dependant on your country we will ship by either Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed or Royal Mail Tracked. The delivery aim for Europe is 3-5 days, and 5-7 days for the rest of the world. THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED Deliveries may take longer than this due to circumstances beyond our knowledge or control, such as customs clearance.
Any local taxes or duty fees incurred to ship abroad are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed.
Due to various problems with overseas shipping, we do not send orders to the following destinations: Africa, Russia, Ukraine, Argentina, Mexico, Hong Kong and Malaysia. We reserve the right to add/remove from this list at any time.
Adverse Weather Conditions
Please also be aware that during periods of adverse weather conditions deliveries can be delayed making it necessary We advise this so that you can order in plenty of time and won't be disappointed should your orders arrive after the desired delivery time.

Can I order a delivery to go to my place of work, or another address?
When ordering, simply request the delivery address you require. Please note the following points:
• We will also require your billing address in order to process payment.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is ready and able to accept delivery of the product(s)
• We do not accept deliveries to PO Boxes - any order placed for delivery to a PO Box will be cancelled and a full refund provided, so long as the product(s) have been paid for in full at checkout.
• Orders can be delivered to freight forwarding companies, Hotels, B&Bs, storage and relocation companies who are identified by you as taking possession of the order on your behalf. However, we will not be able to provide a refund or process a return for any goods which are damaged or lost following signed acceptance of the delivery by these locations on your behalf.
What happens if I am out when my order arrives?
If no one is available to accept delivery our courier may place a card through your door to let you know that they have been, and which course of action they have taken. Actions include:
• Attempt re-delivery
• Leaving your order with a neighbour
• Leaving your order somewhere safe on your property
• Returning your order to the Post Office
Please note that certain items will require a signature as proof of delivery.
